The Acintur Group began its activity as a developer in 1995 at which time it was the fastest-growing area of activity within the Group.

Although initially the activity was centred on developing Homes with Official Protection (social housing), currently Acintur Group is developing projects for homes, apartments, shopping centres and hotels in the Levante area (the Spanish regions bounding the Mediterranean) both the mainland Costas and the Balearic Islands. Islands development, offering an exclusive, high-quality product, complementing its offering with other services such as the Marina, in spots with the natural beauty characteristic of Ibiza.
Developing homes around Golf Courses - a lot more peaceful and homely - and adding a further incentive: satisfying your passion for Golf.

Likewise, Acintur is going in for new projects converting old buildings, which are producing excellent results in Benidorm and its environs.
