Land management

The Acintur Group, aware of the importance of current land management, has its own division within the company whose job it is to capture and market land in the main areas of construction activity in the Levante (the Spanish regions bounding the Mediterranean), Murcia and Andalucía.

Proper land management and the availability of land which Acintur Group has at the moment, will keep it going for the next several years.

At present, the Acintur Group's most important land activities are:

Activities which include a cluster of plots for over 10,000 homes and 100,000 m² of land for the services sector.
